If not, come to our workshop. We will work together using a couple of tools (pyramids of self-worth) and/or techniques that should improve your self-worth.
Happiness is a skill that can be learnt or improved on and it is a skill definitely worth knowing. This workshop is a part of my holistic happiness training. I like working with a smaller group of women or individually as it gives me a chance to go deeper into the topic.Please note: This workshop is for entertainment and informational purposes.
